Terms of Use
The deploying institution should review these terms, identify itself, add official contact details, and obtain qualified legal review before public launch.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your password and verification credentials, and use only an account you are authorized to control. Suspicious, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity may be blocked, logged, investigated, or referred to the deploying institution.
Events and registrations
Event organizers control publication, eligibility, capacity, approval, fees, deadlines, cancellation, refund, transfer, and attendance rules. A submitted registration does not guarantee admission until its required approval and payment conditions are complete. Event-specific policies shown at registration form part of these terms.
Payments and refunds
Payment amounts and itemized fee breakdowns are set by the event organizer. Attendees must use an accepted method and provide truthful payment references or proof. Refund and cancellation requests are subject to the displayed event policy and become effective only after an authorized decision is recorded.
Passes, QR codes, and attendance
Passes are personal unless an organizer-approved transfer is completed. You must not copy, sell, alter, or misuse a QR/RFID credential. Duplicate or invalid scans may be rejected and logged. Manual corrections require authorized staff action and remain auditable.
Acceptable use
Do not probe security, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful files, impersonate another person, disrupt service, scrape restricted data, send abusive content, or use supplier and attendee information for unrelated solicitation.
Supplier information
Directory entries, packages, ratings, and organizer submissions support shortlisting only. PLANORA does not guarantee supplier identity, availability, permits, pricing, performance, or contract terms. Organizers remain responsible for due diligence and written agreements.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Material terms or privacy changes will use a new effective date or version and may require renewed acknowledgement.
Privacy and records
Use of PLANORA is also governed by the Privacy Notice. Authorized audit and financial records may be retained even after account closure when required for security, disputes, accounting, or law.
Contact and governing rules
The identity, address, dispute process, and governing rules of the deploying institution must be published before production use. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
